Welcome to LevelUp IAS. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or making a payment to LevelUp IAS (the "Institute"), you ("Student", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Enrollment

1.1 An enrollment is provisional until at least one payment is received and your admission form + eKYC are complete. 1.2 Course content, schedule, faculty, and venue may be adjusted with reasonable notice. We will try to minimise disruption. 1.3 You agree to provide accurate identity information. We may suspend or cancel an enrollment found to be based on incorrect or fraudulent information.

2. Fees & Payments

2.1 All fees are quoted exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. 2.2 We accept UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, EMI, cash (at our centres), cheque, demand draft, and bank transfer. Some methods may carry processing charges. 2.3 Installment plans, when permitted for your course, are subject to the schedule shown at admission. Missed installments may attract late fees or access suspension as per the Refund Policy.

3. Coupons & Discounts

3.1 Coupons are non-transferable, valid only within the stated window, and subject to per-student and global usage caps. 3.2 Some coupons are "stackable" with institute-applied discounts; others are not. The cart will indicate the applicable stacking rule at checkout. 3.3 Auto-applied institute discounts may be non-removable.

4. Access to Content

4.1 You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use course materials for personal study during the access period. 4.2 You may not share, reproduce, sell, or publicly broadcast any course content. We reserve the right to revoke access for violations. 4.3 Access may be paused, suspended, or revoked for overdue installments, policy violations, or refund-driven cancellations.

5. Personal Data

We process your personal data per our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act 2023 / Rules 2025. By accepting these terms you confirm you have read the Privacy Policy.

6. Conduct

You agree not to harass, abuse, or threaten any student, staff member, or faculty. Violations may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevelUp IAS's aggregate liability arising out of your use of our services shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
