Refund Policy

We want every student to be confident in their decision. Refunds, transfers, and credits are governed by the policy below.

1. Cooling-off window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have not consumed more than two live classes or recorded sessions. After 7 days, refunds are reviewed case-by-case.

2. Process

2.1 Refund requests must be raised in writing to info@levelupias.com with your enrollment ID, reason, and supporting evidence. 2.2 We will acknowledge within 2 working days and decide within 7 working days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. 2.3 If the gateway window has expired, refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account you nominate.

3. Course transfer

You may request a course transfer instead of a refund. The fee difference (positive or negative) is settled at the time of transfer.

4. Non-refundable items

Test series, mentorship sessions consumed, and downloadable digital products are non-refundable once accessed.

5. Bank charges

Any payment-gateway or bank charges already incurred (typically 1–2%) may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Cancellation by Institute

If we cancel a course before it begins, you receive a 100% refund with no deductions, or a free transfer to another course of equal value.

7. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to the Director, LevelUp IAS at the same email. We aim to resolve disputes within 14 working days.
